Policy Objective

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Constitution titled “Privacy of Private Life” and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and the applicable regulations and communiqués The purpose of this Policy is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life, and to ensure that the data controller who processes personal data carries out data processing activities in accordance with the law, and to determine the principles regarding the protection, storage and destruction of the personal data obtained when necessary.

Scope of the Policy

The procedures and principles of the data processing activity carried out by Medera Beyin and Spine Centre based on the fact that all kinds of transactions such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of all kinds of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as personal data by Medera Beyin and Spine Centre as the data controller by fully or partially automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system are accepted as data processing activity
