The Clinic will conclude the applications free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested.
8. UPDATE AND VALIDITY
Medera Clinic may update this Clarification Text in case of changes in the current legislation. In such a case, the relevant legislative provisions shall apply with priority.
